02Our mission
Cloi’s mission is to bring joy to people by offering clothing that promotes environmental sustainability while remaining affordable and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Company profile
Cloi designs and manufactures ready-to-wear clothing for women, men and children — from a first sketch in Damascus to a shelf in one of thirteen stores across the region.

01Our story
Cloi was established in 2017 by Hassan Abdin, alongside co-founder Osama Abu Amer. Their journey began with the launch of a retail store in Syria, where they quickly achieved remarkable growth and success.
By 2018, their momentum led to the opening of three additional stores across Syria, offering women the highest quality fashion at affordable prices. The following year, Cloi expanded its footprint, reaching Lebanon while further solidifying its presence within Syria.
It started with small women’s clothing stores in 2018. In 2023 the expansion changed shape: the new stores are no longer 60 m² but 200 to 250 m², carrying not only women’s clothing but men’s and kids’ too, across ten retail locations in Syria and one in Lebanon.
Alongside a large online shopping service, Cloi produces two new models a day — roughly 600 models a year, and the heart of its strategy.

02Our mission
Cloi’s mission is to bring joy to people by offering clothing that promotes environmental sustainability while remaining affordable and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

03Our vision
Cloi envisions further expanding its retail presence within Syria and other parts of the Middle East.
The company has already launched an application on the Google Play Store and is developing an iOS application, so that both Android and Apple users can engage seamlessly with Cloi’s logistics system.
Cloi also aims to broaden its presence in emerging markets, creating opportunities for all.
04Our values & expectations
As the online retail sector continues to expand, Cloi has risen to the challenge, earning a reputation for its rigorous quality standards and control systems. The company remains dedicated to offering affordable fashion for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or style preference.

05Our strategy
Cloi’s strategy in navigating a volatile and unpredictable market hinges on three fundamental pillars: pricing, personnel and logistics.
Cloi was conceived with the aim of entering the fashion design market to offer women high-quality, affordable and easily accessible clothing.
A distinctive advantage of Cloi is that 50% of its workforce comprises women, who are actively encouraged to contribute innovative ideas within the workplace. This fosters a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. The company also runs a unique logistics model, introducing at least six new designs each week, supported by a stringent quality control centre.
The operational model is predicated on consistency and speed: 30% of the collection curated by the sales department is fast-tracked in production and development, with production times ranging from two weeks to a month.
Cloi also maintains a substantial inventory prepared months in advance, so each new season — winter or summer — is well stocked, minimising delays and keeping the supply chain efficient.

06Cloi’s style
Cloi’s design philosophy blends modern and classical styles, using fabrics sourced from the finest regions — including Japan, Pakistan and China. That fusion has made Cloi’s pieces sought after throughout the Middle East.
07Women’s department
Cloi’s primary focus is women’s clothing, across departments and subsections that include dresses, suits, embroidered jackets, T-shirts, blazers, trousers, jeans, shorts, shirts and coats.
